We specialize in the development and use of explainable artificial intelligence in customer service and have many years of expertise in the field of neurosymbolic AI. Deepsearch GmbH was founded in Vienna in 2010 and employs 30 people. Our AI deepassist is a Causal Natural Language Understanding Service (C-NLU) that is able to make auditable and comprehensible decisions through semantic and causal understanding. Especially in highly regulated markets, this is essential to automate business processes and maintain transparency at all times. We want to support companies in fully exploiting the potential of AI technologies within a secure and controlled framework.

    We believe that the automation of cognitive tasks is the next great revolution of our age. Tasks that could previously only be carried out by human intelligence can now be performed by artificial intelligence. With deepassist, we are already helping companies to benefit from the huge potential of Causal Natural Language Understanding.

In the customer service departments of the utilites sector, insurance companies, ITSM, public transport and facility management companies, deepassist makes it possible to understand and make sense of complex language data. deepassist offers a strategic, industry-specific tool for interpreting requests, structuring information and preparing responses. Inquiries are forwarded to the responsible agent or appropriate solution processes are initiated.

The automation of routine tasks, which make up a large part of the workload, relieves employees in all communication channels. This leaves more time for cognitively demanding tasks and those with greater added value, such as high-quality customer care.
